- $4,500 for non-prize $ expenses – Tyler can show you past expenses

Casino Night: Susana, Anna, Colin, Cindy
- $1,250 – Begin finding out what major costs will be – dealers and food – then if need be we can shift this budget up or down
Extreme Sports: Sarah, Sean, Allison, Natalie, Chris
- $750 for all events

Senior Events: Sean, Brittny, Susana, Lillian, Dawn, Dani, Cindy, Melissa
- $1,500 for all events – may want to work with SCC on getting more $
Sports: Claire, Allison, Kalie, Julia
- $500 for all events
End of Year BBQ: Colin, Natalie, Ideen, Katie, Marni, Chris

HLs at Children’s Hospital: Jenn, Sarah, Anna, Lindy
- $750 – can go up or down depending on your event decisions

- Promotion: A) is your event up to date online B) on Facebook C) a draft of fliers created D) table tents
- By end of meeting create signup sheet for who needs help at events (this will be done at end of meeting)

1/13/09 Meeting Goal
- Meet rest of Herdies
- Herdies not at retreat pick groups
- Herd Leader expectations – communication, missing meetings, being accountable
- Budgets: They are listed above – Tyler can answer questions
- Figure out dates, locations, major things that need to happen before event moves forward – make sure to assign someone specifically to complete these major things – lets have these major things completed by next week. DIVIDE AND CONQUER – give everyone tasks to complete for next week. For example – St. Balds cannot move forward until they KNOW they have the UMC Fountain on the date they want. For example – Casino night cannot move far without knowing they have a venue and some prices for dealers. What major things need to happen before your event can take place.
- Begin writing up advertising so Tyler can put on web – Give him what you have so we can start to populate the Herd webpage – emailing it to him is fine – What, When, Where, Why would I want to go?, Images, etc…
- Dinner – Meet the people you do not know yet!
