• $4,500 for non-prize $ expenses – Tyler can show you past expenses

St. Balds: Claire, Jenn, Katie, Melissa

• $750 – Tyler can show you past expenses

Casino Night: Susana,  Anna, Colin, Cindy

• $1,250 – Begin finding out what major costs will be – dealers and food – then if need be we can shift this budget up or down

Extreme Sports: Sarah, Sean, Allison, Natalie, Chris

• $750 for all events

Chunk B

Senior Events: Sean, Brittny, Susana, Lillian, Dawn, Dani, Cindy, Melissa

• $1,500 for all events – may want to work with SCC on getting more $

Sports: Claire, Allison, Kalie, Julia

• $500 for all events

End of Year BBQ: Colin, Natalie, Ideen, Katie, Marni, Chris

• $1,000

HLs at Children’s Hospital: Jenn, Sarah, Anna, Lindy

• $750 – can go up or down depending on your event decisions

1. No meeting next week, Tyler gone Friday – Feb 23rd.

3. CU Idol Promo – chalk/flier – auditions are this Friday!

2/3/09 Meeting Goals/Agenda

1. Check for consistency among advertising channels – are times, details, giveaways the same on all?
2. Chunks
3. Volunteer for other HL events – does everyone have enough?
4. Bowling and pizza!

1/27/09 Meeting Goals/Agenda

1. Fill out all forms needed for event- a) Official Function Form b) Some need “Guidelines” sheet signed
2. Promotion: A) is your event up to date online B) on Facebook C) a draft of fliers created D) table tents
3. By end of meeting create signup sheet for who needs help at events (this will be done at end of meeting)

1/20/09 Meeting Goals/Agenda

1. Understanding paying for things and contracts – it takes forever!!!
2. New Herdies get binder
3. Forms – OF and NonAcademic – fill out as best you can- Tyler will explain this.
4. A discussion on promotion – opportunities and timing
   
5. Pub crawl in 3 weeks…
6. CU Idol Auditions are 3.5 weeks away…
   

1/13/09 Meeting Goal

1. Meet rest of Herdies
2. Herdies not at retreat pick groups
3. Herd Leader expectations – communication, missing meetings, being accountable
4. Budgets: They are listed above – Tyler can answer questions
5. Figure out dates, locations, major things that need to happen before event moves forward – make sure to assign someone specifically to complete these major things – lets have these major things completed by next week. DIVIDE AND CONQUER – give everyone tasks to complete for next week.  For example – St. Balds cannot move forward until they KNOW they have the UMC Fountain on the date they want. For example – Casino night cannot move far without knowing they have a venue and some prices for dealers. What major things need to happen before your event can take place.
6. Begin writing up advertising so Tyler can put on web – Give him what you have so we can start to populate the Herd webpage – emailing it to him is fine – What, When, Where, Why would I want to go?, Images, etc…
7. Dinner – Meet the people you do not know yet!
